For a hundred-person business, that rework figure is roughly $18,600 a month — arithmetic, not a promise, but the right order of magnitude.
Add the licences you already pay for and the pilot that stalled. Against that, a workshop and an ongoing engagement are small numbers: the expensive part isn't my fee, it's what gets built without anyone asking whether it should be.

The questions I get asked
- Why is the workshop price here and the automation price not?
- The workshop is the same day for everyone. Automation depends on which of your workflows I take responsibility for, so you get that number as soon as the triage tells me what it is, not after a discovery process designed to soften you up.
- Can I just do the workshop and stop there?
- Yes. If your work is mostly contained and low consequence, training your team and leaving is the honest recommendation.
- What does "priced on the outcome" mean?
- What you pay is set by the workflows I take responsibility for and what they have to produce, not hours logged. Find a faster way there and I keep the gain.
- Is the tooling included?
- The price covers the engagement, not licences. You buy your Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini seats directly, in your own name.
- What if the triage says I don't need much?
- Then I'll say so, in writing, in week one — "leave this alone" is a real outcome here, not one I'm financially motivated to avoid.
- Can we take ownership of what you build?
- Whenever you choose. Everything I build is yours, in your systems, with no lock-in.
