From $1,500per month
I build, prove and maintain automation on your most consequential work, priced on the workflows I run rather than time spent.

The other number
Doing nothing is not free, and doing it badly is expensive
For a hundred-person business, that rework figure is roughly $18,600 a month. That's arithmetic rather than a promise, but it's the right order of magnitude.
Add the licences you already pay for, the pilot that stalled, and the 60 to 70% of real AI cost that sits in data, integration and change rather than technology.
Against that, a workshop and a retainer are small numbers. The expensive part isn't my fee, it's what gets built without anyone asking whether it should be.
Before you ask
Questions people actually have
- Why are the prices on the website?
- Because "contact us for pricing" wastes your time and mine. If the number doesn't work for you, you should be able to find that out in ten seconds without booking a call and sitting through a discovery process designed to soften you up first.
- Can I just do the workshop and stop there?
- Yes. Foundations is a complete thing on its own. If your work is mostly contained and low consequence, training your team and leaving is the honest recommendation, and I'll make it.
- What does "priced on the workflows I run" mean?
- The retainer is set by which of your workflows I'm responsible for, not by hours logged. If I find a faster way to run one, that's my problem to solve and my gain to make. You're never paying me to be slow.
- Is the tooling included?
- The price is the whole engagement rather than the technology slice, and I don't resell or mark up anyone else's licences. You buy your Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini seats directly, at whatever they cost, in your own name.
- What if the triage says I don't need much?
- Then I'll say so, in writing, in week one. The third bucket exists so that "leave this alone" is a real outcome, not something I'm financially motivated to avoid telling you.
- Can we take ownership of what you build?
- Whenever you choose. Everything I build is yours, in your systems, with no proprietary layer you can't see inside and no dependency engineered in to keep you paying.
- TODO: What is the minimum term on the retainer?
- TODO: your answer. Buyers will want to know how long they are committing for and how much notice you need. A short, generous answer here removes a real objection.
